As you can see my first batch of almond milk yogurt was a flop. With the holidays coming and all the things I had to do, I didn't have time to try again. Today however I have lots of time so I'm starting another batch in the hopes that this will be successful. Wish me luck.
I did not know you could do that. I tried using it for instant fat free pudding and it does not set. I wonder if it has the same components in it to do that? You did not say if it worked in the end.
ReplyDeleteI had to take an emergency trip to Ohio so I put the stuff in the fridge in a hurry. From what I could see it set up okay. It looked pretty watery but not as watery as the photo above. When I get home I'm going to strain the yogurt through cheese cloth to see if it helps the texture. After its strained I'll give it a taste and report back.
