Trying again

As you can see my first batch of almond milk yogurt was a flop. With the holidays coming and all the things I had to do, I didn't have time to try again. Today however I have lots of time so I'm starting another batch in the hopes that this will be successful. Wish me luck.

  1. I did not know you could do that. I tried using it for instant fat free pudding and it does not set. I wonder if it has the same components in it to do that? You did not say if it worked in the end.

  2. I had to take an emergency trip to Ohio so I put the stuff in the fridge in a hurry. From what I could see it set up okay. It looked pretty watery but not as watery as the photo above. When I get home I'm going to strain the yogurt through cheese cloth to see if it helps the texture. After its strained I'll give it a taste and report back.
